The city square itself will accommodate outdoor cafes and shops. The cyclist will soon be able to cycle under the square, park his bike on one of three levels, and immediately gain access to the station.
The design of the parking facility takes safety requirements into account; both the square and the parking facility have clear lines of sight (no blind spots) and will be properly illuminated. Each floor of the parking facility will have a parking administrator's office. The parking facility must be ready by 2018.
