In Dublin Cycling has become more Popular since the Recession,also People are becoming more Health Conscious. There is a whole lot more Bicycles on the Road and Bikes are Parked all over the City. Unfortunately the City Council has not Provided more Parking Stands to Compensate for this increased interest. So People have to Chain their Bikes to Lamposts Trees and any other Street Furniture . Also the New Bike to Work Scheme has taken off in a big way with a Tax Incentive given to Employers
