Zutphen, Stationsplein, free guarded parking facility. In October of 2006 the town of Zutphen opened the first free guarded NS parking facility in the Netherlands. Below the station square an ideal parking facility has been constructed for 3,000 bicycles. At ground level a beautiful pedestrian area has been created. With video impression.

De Serre: transparent bicycle parking machine in Apeldoorn. A nice bicycle parking facility whose purpose is clear from the outside as well. That was the assignment local authorities in Apeldoorn gave to the designer of a new free parking facility. The result is a strikingly styled parking facility, with a transparent glass front and room for 600 bicycles. In 2005 De Serre opened its doors. With video impression.

Amsterdam CS, temporary bicycle parking facilities. Due to large-scale building operations a dire need of parking spaces occurred at the Amsterdam Centraal train station. To relieve the extreme situation local authorities provided three striking temporary parking facilities: a bicycle tower, a bicycle platform and a bicycle parking boat.

Free parking underneath Groningen train station square
Groningen, Stationsplein, Stadsbalkon. At the Groningen train station square an underground parking facility has been constructed for over 4,000 bicycles. On top of the parking a large bicycle-free square has been created. Cyclists have free use of the parking facility, which has been provided with permanent supervision. Building costs are approximately 10 million Euro. With video impression.
